JL Modular, Inc. (JLM), was founded in 2004 as an affiliated company to Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc. to fulfill a need for high quality modular buildings in the Bay Area. In eight years of business we have amassed over thirty design-build projects throughout California ranging in price from $400,000 to $15 million. Our flexibility has made us a favorite choice of architects who would like to utilize modular construction for the time savings, but still want the features of a site built building. Providing the same rigorous adherence to quality and service, JL Modular has been rewarded by a loyal and ever-expanding customer base. JL Modular offers a full range of construction services to our clients. We apply the same knowledge in general contracting to our modular buildings. With our expanded construction knowledge base, clients are able to enjoy a single source contracting delivery method for both site and building, avoiding the hassles of multi-contract projects.
